For the convenience of customers, Labochema Company Group has established the Customer service division in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia which performs the laboratory equipment installation work, warranty and post warranty maintenance of laboratory equipment, trans and consultants, trains and consults users in issues of equipment applications. At the customers’ request, regular maintenance of equipment is performed.

Specialists of the Customer service division continuously upgrade their knowledge in different laboratories and training centers of manufactures before they can offer qualified services of installation and maintenance of the most complex laboratory equipment, and elimination of malfunctions. Specialists also carry out the non-warranty equipment repair.
